胺催化劑33LV主要用作聚氨酯泡沫塑料的凝膠催化劑，廣泛用于軟質(zhì)、半硬質(zhì)、硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料、涂料、彈性體，在聚氨酯發(fā)泡體系中，異氰酸酯首先和三乙烯二胺反應(yīng)生成活性絡(luò)合物，絡(luò)合物的性質(zhì)很不穩(wěn)定，一旦氨基甲酸酯鍵生成后，它就會(huì)游離出來，有利于更進(jìn)一步催化，三乙烯二胺對(duì)凝膠反應(yīng)和發(fā)泡反應(yīng)都有較強(qiáng)的催化作用，尤其對(duì)聚氨酯和羥基的催化作用選擇性更強(qiáng)。

Amine catalysts 33 lv mainly used for polyurethane foam gel catalyst, widely used in the soft, semi-hard, rigid polyurethane foam plastics, coatings, elastomers, in polyurethane foam system, isocyanate and first three ethylene diamine complex reaction activity, the nature of the complex is very unstable, once the carbamate key generation, it will be free to come out, is conducive to further catalytic, triethylene diamine on the gel and foam reaction has a strong catalytic effect, especially for the catalyst selectivity of polyurethane and hydroxyl.
